We offer an array of Sourdough and Craft baking workshops to suit all skill levels. Our workshops cover an array of topics including sourdough and craft-baking to challenge anyone new to baking, home bakers and even professional bakers.
Setting up an artisan, semi-industrial or industrial bakery is very challenging, especially when it is the first time. We have more than 30 years experience in the baking industry and know what it takes to ensure you run a successful bakery.

Ricky completed a Diploma in Gourmet Cooking, as well as a Diploma in Hotel Management.
Ricky became a professional member of the South Africa Chefs Association and a professional member of the World Association of Chef Society.
Ricky has had the privilege to bake for a number of VIP’s, State of Nations and Celebrities, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and former President Barack Obama, to just name a few.
Werner holds a Diploma in Gourmet Cooking, as well as a qualification from the World Chefs Association. He is a home baker that is passionate about the food and hospitality industry. Werner works on the marketing and partnerships development side of Sourdough SA.
